We present a new financing project, "Butas Savanoriu 38". The project owner will use the raised funds to refinance existing loan. The amount to be raised is EUR 55 300.
The aim of the project:
The project funds will be allocated to the refinancing of a loan from another credit institution. The owner of the project currently rents the 44.36 square meter mortgaged apartment, which generates EUR 300 monthly. At the end of the year, the apartment will be sold, the estimated sales revenue of the project is about EUR 88 000. This loan will be repaid from the sale proceeds of the project.

To secure the interests of investors, a 44.36 square meter apartment with a basement is pledged at Savanoriu st. 38-54, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraisal, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 88 000.
Interest by investment amount:
- From 100 EUR to 499 EUR – 10%
- From 500 EUR to 999 EUR – 10.5%
- From 1 000 EUR to 2 999 EUR – 11%
- From 3 000 EUR – 11.5%

We plan to raise the amount within 7 days, with the option of extending it to 21 days if we do not raise funds.
About the Profitus
