Introducing the new financing project "Butas Saltkalviu gatveje". The project owner will use the funds raised to purchase the property, which he will then furnish with his own funds. The amount to be raised is EUR 52 000.
Objective of the project:
The project funds will be used for the purchase of an apartment of 66.17 square metres. The owner of the project is buying the apartment for EUR 87 000. The apartment has three rooms and the owner plans to convert it into a four-room apartment. Once these works are completed, the apartments will be sold. The estimated sales income is EUR 139 000. The proceeds of the sale will be used to repay the loan.
