We present a new financing project - "Butas Pylimo g.". The funds raised will be used to refinance an existing loan. The amount to be raised is EUR 102 900.
The aim of the project:
The project funds will be used to refinance the existing loan. During the previous financing, the project owner formed and installed 5 apartments and 2 retail premises in non-residential premises located in Pylimo st., Vilnius. Commercial premises with an exit to Pylimo st., the rest are oriented to the inner yard. The project owner repaid part of the loan from the proceeds of the sale of the real estate, thus reducing the refinanced part. This loan will be covered from the proceeds of the sale of the remaining unsold apartment. The apartment is modernly furnished, with all the necessary furniture, 43.05 square meters. Previously, the developer implemented the project "Angelo Loftai" in Uzupis, the project was successfully completed, the investors were settled in 2020 March.
To ensure the interests of investors, a real estate primary mortgage is pledged:
To protect the interests of investors, a fully furnished apartment of 43.05 square meters is pledged at Pylimo st., 59-26, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged property is EUR 147 000.
Interest by investment amount:
- From EUR 100 to EUR 499 – 7%
- From EUR 500 to EUR 9 999 – 7,5%
- From EUR 10 000 - 8%
Important: investments made separately are not aggregated.
We plan to raise the amount within 7 days, with the option of extending it to 21 days if we do not raise funds.
