We present a new financing project – „Butas Kauno g. 30-136". The project owner will use the funds to refinance the existing loan and to complete the project „Dyguniu tak. 7". The amount to be raised is EUR 55 300.

The project owner has experience in real estate. He has completed various real estate development projects with a total area of 8 000 square metres.
About the project whose loan is being refinanced:
The owner of the project has purchased 10 apartments with a total area of 393 square metres. The developer, with the help of designers, designed, custom-made furniture, selected and installed the necessary appliances and equipment for comfortable living. The apartments were rented out, generating a rental income stream of EUR 17 000 per month.
About the project under development:
The owner of the project is developing nine-bedroom and four-bedroom houses. Upon reaching 100% completion, the nine-bedroom with a total area of 442.91 square metres will be rented and the four-bedroom with a total area of 1 097 square metres will be sold. The projected rental income is EUR 4 500 per month and the sales income is EUR 400 000.
