The project owner buys an apartment for EUR 90 000. The owner intends to carry out repair work with his own funds, equipped with all household appliances and furniture. After these works, the apartment will be sold. The estimated sales revenue is EUR 125 000. The proceeds of the sale will be used to repaid this loan.

To secure the interests of investors, an apartment of 41.44 square meters is pledged at Justiniskiu st. 144A-33, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraisal, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 95 100.
We plan to collect the accumulated amount within 7 days with the possibility to extend it to 21 days without raising funds.
