The developer has a lot of experience, having developed about 4 thousand square meters (as a manager) and about 6 thousand square meters of real estate projects under the company's name. The developer previously received financing on the Profitus platform and has completed 9 real estate projects. Projects were successfully finished, and investors were paid back on time.
About the project:
The project is in "Misko panorama". It is a closed home settlement in the city of Vilnius with a private 2-hectare forest park, new asphalted roads, communications and street lighting. The apartment in a semi-detached house has an area of 116 square meters, four rooms, fully furnished, A++ energy class and one floor. The apartment has a 5-acre plot of land. This loan will be repaid from the proceeds of the sale of this apartment. The planned sales revenue is about EUR 285 000.

To secure the interests of investors, a 116-square-meter apartment in a semi-detached house and a 5-acre plot of land are pledged, at the Grendaves st. 99-1, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the property pledged to investors is EUR 270 000.
