We present a new project for investment, "Butas Apkasu g. 11-20". The project owner will use the raised funds for the refinancing of existing loan and for the development of real estate. The amount to be raised for the project is EUR 89 600.

The project owner has experience in real estate development. Implemented different real estate development projects with a total area of 2 148 square meters. Previously, has financed and successfully completed 12 projects on the platform Profitus.
The aim of the project:
The project funds will be used for the refinancing of the existing loan and the installation of other available apartments. This loan will be repay from the proceeds of the sale of the apartment. Estimated sales revenue is EUR 123 000.
To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage:
To secure the interests of investors, a fully furnished apartment with an area of 44.31 square meters is pledged at Apkasu st. 11-20, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the property pledged to investors is EUR 132 000.
Interest by investment amount:
- From 100 EUR to 499 EUR – 9%
- From 500 EUR to 4 999 EUR – 9.5%
- From 5 000 EUR – 10%

We plan to collect the accumulated amount within 7 days with the possibility to extend it to 21 days without raising funds.
