Introducing the new financing project "Butai Horizonto G2". The project owner will use the funds raised to purchase the twin apartment building. The amount to be raised is EUR 49 600.
Objective of the project:
The project funds will be used for the purchase a twin apartment building with a partial completion of 85%, followed by the owner of the project carrying out the necessary works to bring the duplex to 100% completion. Once these works are completed, the apartments will be sold. The estimated sales income is EUR 590 000. The sale proceeds will be used to repay the loan.

To secure the interests of investors 2 land plots and 2 apartments are pledged, at Horizonto st. 2, Kaunas. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged real estate is EUR 348 000. In addition, the company manager Jonas Cizauskas provides a guarantee for this loan.

- From EUR 500 to EUR 999 - 12.5%
- From EUR 1 000 to EUR 4 999 - 13%
- From 5 000 - 13.5%
