About the project owner: 
The group of companies has been operating in Latvia since 2014. The company's shareholder, together with partners and independently, has built and reconstructed approximately 10 apartment buildings with a total area of 57 000 m².

About the project:
A portion of the loan funds will be used to refinance an existing loan in order to reduce borrowing costs. The remaining funds will be used to finance the company's working capital and to support the development of other projects. As collateral, the project owner will pledge an apartment, located at Indrānu street in Riga, complete with all appliances and furniture. The apartment, together with a parking space, is currently for sale. The expected sales proceeds are 306 000 EUR. This loan will be repaid from the proceeds of the sale, while interest payments to investors will be made from the project owner's operating income.
