The developer fully settled with the investors of the project “Pazaislio Apartments” on April 30, 2020, and with the investors of the project “Gedimino str.” Fully settled on May 22, 2020.
To ensure the interests of investors, a 130.85 square meter apartment is pledged in the Pažaislio Apartments project, at Betonuotoju St. 4-17, Kaunas. The spacious and bright apartments are located on the third floor of the building. The value of the pledged property is 174 000 euros.
