How Bricks work in detail

Bricks selects investment properties with high potential for profitability. It can be residential buildings or a commercial area.
The buildings are offered for investment on the platform in the form of units (bricks) for a unit amount of €10 .
You can invest in the building of your choice by buying one or more bricks. No need to move! View properties from home and invest online.
Each brick purchased entitles you to a fraction of the rents of the building, as well as a right to real estate appreciation .
Each month, Bricks gives you rental income based on the amount of Bricks you own.

Who can invest on Bricks?

Anyone of legal age can register on Bricks.co. You will be asked for proof of identity to activate your account and allow you to invest.

Investment on Bricks.co is also open to non-French residents. When registering, you can choose your country of residence or nationality.

To open an account as a natural person:

A first valid identity document of the account holder: identity card (front and back), passport, residence permit (front and back), biometric driving license (front and back)
If necessary in addition to justify his name / first name: last tax notice dated less than a year, family booklet or receipt of registration of the civil pact of solidarity

To open an account as a (non-listed) company:

A valid identity document of the legal representative of the company holding the payment account: identity card (front and back), passport, residence permit (front and back), biometric driving license (front and back) )
A valid identity document for each of the beneficial owners of the company holding the payment account (natural persons directly or indirectly holding more than 25% of the company’s capital): identity card (front and back), passport, residence permit (front and back), biometric driving license (front and back)
