The aim of the project:
The owner of the project will allocate the raised amount for the completion and installation of 10 apartments with a total area of 393 square meters. The apartments will be fully equipped with all household appliances and furniture. After the completion of all the works, the apartments will be rented out, the expected income per month is about EUR 7 000. This loan will be repay from the rental income of this and other projects located in Kedainai and Vilnius.

To ensure the interests of investors, a newly equipped loft with an area of 22.23 square meters is pledged at Kauno g. 30-136, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraisal, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 81 400.
Interest by investment amount:
- From 100 EUR to 499 EUR – 9%
- From 500 EUR to 2 499 EUR – 9.5%
- From 2 500 EUR – 10%
