We are introducing a new financing project – „Loftas Kauno g. 30-406". Project owner will use the funds for allocated to the refinancing of the available loan and for the working capital of the company. The amount to be raised is EUR 58 800.

The project owner has experience in real estate. He has completed various real estate development projects with a total area of 8 000 square metres.

About the project:
The owner of the project has purchased a 26.11 square metre loft in Vilnius. The project owner, with the help of designers, has designed the space, custom-made fitted furniture suitable for a loft, and selected and installed the necessary appliances and equipment for a comfortable life. The apartment was rented out, generating a rental income stream of EUR 450 per month. The owner of the project has developed a number of rental projects, and is currently developing and selling real estate objects in Vilnius, Kaunas and Kaisiadorys. The income stream generated by all rental projects amounts to more than EUR 10 000 per month. This loan will be covered by the proceeds from the sale of other real estate properties.

- From EUR 100 to EUR 499 – 9%
- From EUR 500 to EUR 1 999 – 9.5%
- From EUR 2 000 – 10%
