We are presenting a new project for investment - "Didziosios g. patalpos". The raised funds will be used to equip the premises. The amount to be raised for this project is EUR 241 500.
The aim of the project:
In November, the owner of the project purchased a large part of the premises in a prestigious location in Vilnius and will allocate the raised amount to the improvement, installation, change of purpose of the premises and other expenses related to these premises. The main source of loan repayment is the sale of other real estate objects of the project owner. Currently, the owner of the project manages about 15-16 objects and sells several of them. After the sale of one of the available objects, the owner of the project will repay the entire amount raised.

According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the property pledged to investors is EUR 345 000. In addition, this loan is guaranteed by UAB "Adrenalino laboratorija".
In order to act transparently and honestly, we inform you that one of the parties to the transaction of the financed project is a person who contributes and helps the Company to carry out the activities of the crowdfunding platform operator. We confirm that the financing of the project is carried out in accordance with the principles of transparency, impartiality, publicity and equality.
