We present a new project for investment "Mon Ci". The raised funds will be used for the further development of the project. The amount to be raised is EUR 160 000.

About the project:
The owner of the project is building a 5-apartment residential building. The house has three floors, each apartment will have a spacious terrace on the first and third floors of the house and a balcony on the second. The house will also have a communal swimming pool and lounge area. Apartment areas from 100 to 130 square meters. The apartments will be sold fully furnished. The planned selling price is from EUR 3 000 per square meter. Estimated sales revenue of the entire project is EUR 1 500 000.

About the progress of the project:
The construction works of the house are almost finished, the registered completion of the house is 80%. The funds received will be used for furnishing the apartments (furniture, equipment), environmental improvement (pads, fences, storerooms) and the general recreation area (swimming pool, gazebos).

About the project owner:
The owner of the project has been working in the field of real estate construction since 2007. Since 2017, he has been establishing the company "Namu idejos", which has developed 1 500 square meters of real estate projects.

To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage: 
To secure the interests of investors, an apartment with an area of 129.04 square meters and a part of the plot of land (1.7 out of 17.77 acres) are pledged, at Sergiskiu st. 6B-4, Palanga. The registered completion of the apartment is 80%. According to an independent real estate appraisal, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 240 000. In addition, the company's shareholders, Asta and Oleg Kozevnikovai, provide guarantees for this loan.

- From EUR 1 000 to EUR 4 999 - 10%
- From EUR 5 000 to EUR 9 999 - 10,5%

We plan to collect the accumulated amount within 7 days with the possibility to extend it to 21 days without raising funds.
