About the project:
In December 2022, the owner of the project purchased a 61.21 square metres apartment with a part of the land plot for short-term rent in Palanga. The apartment is on two floors, with a shared kitchen and living room area on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the first floor. The project owner custom-made the furniture to fit the apartment, selected and installed the appliances and equipment needed for comfortable living. The rental income stream generated from the beginning of 2023 until 30 September 2023 was EUR 2 595. The refinancing of the project was foreseen and taken into account in the company's cash flow planning. This loan will be covered by the refinancing bank.
