We present the new stage of staged financing project – „P00000807-4". The project owner will use the funds to refinance the existing loan and for working capital. The amount to be raised at this stage is EUR 125 000.

The project owner has experience in real estate and has developed various construction projects with a total area of more than 2 000 square metres. He has successfully financed and implemented the project „Girios butai“ on the Profitus platform. The project „Bernardinu butai" is also being successfully developed and the interest is paid to investors on time.
About the project:
The owner of the project is developing a house with an area of 79.99 square metres. The developer intends to furnish the house to full completion. According to the Centre of Registers, the completion of the house is currently 80%, while the actual completion is almost 100% based on the work already done. The owner of the project plans to register the 100% completion at the Registry Centre in March. The refinancing of the project has been foreseen and taken into account in the company's cash flow planning. The expected sales revenue is around EUR 240 000.
The maximum financed amount: EUR 600 000 (EUR 272 000 already raised). The project is financed according to the current valuation of the mortgaged property until it reaches the set maximum LTV of 70%. Once the maximum LTV is reached, a new valuation of the property will have to be carried out, and the further stages of financing the project will be announced and collected only if the set maximum LTV is not exceeded. The loan-to-value ratio (LTV) with VAT at this stage is 55%.
