About the Project: 
The project owner is purchasing two 48.30 m² studio apartments located at Krasotaju g. 13B-87 and 13A-33 in Riga. The project owner plans to renovate the purchased apartments and adapt them for short-term rentals. The short-term rental income from the two rented apartments is expected to be approximately 1,100 EUR excluding VAT. The developer plans to rent the apartments for one year and then sell them. 

Loan Information: 
This loan will be covered by the proceeds from the sale of the developed project, which is estimated to be 107,700 EUR excluding VAT. Interest will be paid from the rental income of the apartments and the project owner's operating income.

Maximum Planned Project Financing Amount: 75,110 EUR. The project is financed based on the current valuation of the collateral until it reaches the specified maximum loan-to-value (LTV) ratio. Once the maximum LTV is reached, a new property valuation will need to be performed, and further project financing stages will be announced and collected only if the specified maximum LTV is not exceeded.

 

We plan to raise the required amount within 7 days, with the possibility of extending the period up to 30 days if the funds are not raised.
