For the raised funds, the project owner will tidy up the environment, pay for the materials and the work done. This loan will be repaid from the sale of real estate. The planned sale price of a one-apartment house with partial finishing is EUR 125 000, with full finishing - EUR 170 000.

According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged property is EUR 106 000.
