The owner of this project has experience in real estate. Has developed various real estate projects with a total area of more than 15 000 square meters.
The aim of the project:
Project owner on a 5.97 acre plot of land at Paribio str. 15., Vilnius district, is building a 73.91 square meters house with an unregistered attic. The total area of a house with an attic is 116.16 square meters. Currently, the registered completion of the house is 100%. For the raised funds, the project owner will tidy up the environment, pay for the materials and the work done. This loan will be repaid from the sale of real estate. The planned sale price of a one-apartment house with partial finishing is EUR 125 000, with full finishing - EUR 170 000.

To protect the interests of investors a 5.97 acre plot of land with a 73.91 square meters house with an unregistered attic is pledged at Paribio st. 15, Vilkiskiu village, Vilnius district. The total area of a house with an attic is 116.16 square meters. The registered completion of the house is 100%. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged property is EUR 106 000.
