We are presenting a new financing project "NT Vystma" pletra", the funds of which will be used to increase the company's working capital. The amount to be raised is EUR 260 000.
The aim of the project:
The project owner intends to buy the company and the real estate project it is developing in Kaunas. The loan will be covered from the available operating income of the companies, and the loan will be repaid from the income from the sale of other real estate projects under development.
About the project owner:
The project owner has experience in both the development of real estate projects and the execution of construction works. The company's shareholders manage a group of companies engaged in building conversion projects, lofts and construction work. The client has 17 years of experience in construction work, has successfully developed and sold about 1 200 square meters of real estate.
To ensure the interests of investors, a real estate primary mortgage is pledged:
To protect the interests of investors, a 20-acre plot of land with a 375.65-square-meter administrative building, a 741.05-square-meter Building-Garage and a courtyard building at Sandraugos st. 11, Kaunas. The property is registered at 100% completion. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged property is EUR 361 000.

- From EUR 1 000 to EUR 4 999 – 9%
- From EUR 5 000 to EUR 9 999 – 9,5%
- From EUR 10 000 - 10%
