We present a new financing project "Namas J. Zikaro g.", The funds of which will be used for real estate development. The amount to be raised is EUR 138 600.
Project owner:
The project owner's company has been developing real estate for 9 years. The owner has the status of a reliable developer and has experience in the construction of houses and two-apartment houses. Previously, the project owner successfully implemented 8 real estate projects on the Profitus platform and always paid interest and repaid loans to investors on time.
The aim of the project:
The project owner will install a 154.21 square meter block masonry one-apartment residential house with a garage. The house already has boilers and ducts. The completion rate of the one-apartment residential houses currently 85%. For the raised funds, the project owner will fully equip this house and sell it.
To ensure the interests of investors, a real estate primary mortgage is pledged:
To protect the interests of investors a 7.87-acre plot of land with a 154.21-square-meter residential building with a garage is pledged at Juozo Zikaro st. 21, Vilnius. Asset completion 85%. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged property is EUR 198 000.
Interest by investment amount:
- From EUR 100 to EUR 499 – 9%
- From EUR 500 to EUR 4 999 – 9,5%
- From EUR 5 000 – 10%

We plan to raise the amount within 7 days, with the option of extending it to 21 days if we do not raise funds.
About the Profitus
Profitus is a crowdfunding and investment platform whose main goal is to make investment available to everyone. Investments start at 100 euros, and the platform is open 24/7.
