Pooled funds for the completion of a 79.98 square metre house in Vilnius. According to the Centre of Registers, the house is currently registered as 51% complete, and the actual completion rate is 43% based on the work already done. The developer has already invested about EUR 9 000 of his own funds. The owner of the project intends to furnish the house in a modern way with all appliances and furniture. Once these works have been completed, the house will be sold. The expected sales income is EUR 200 000. The loan will be covered by the sale proceeds.
