With over 20 years of experience in the construction sector, the project owner has successfully completed a wide range of projects, including construction, finishing work, and renovations.

About the project whose loan is being refinanced:
The project plan includes refinancing an existing loan, thereby reducing the cost of the loan. The project has been financed on a short-term basis and this refinancing is therefore planned. The owner of the project has purchased 10 lofts with a total area of 393 m2. The developer, with the help of designers, designed, custom-made furniture, selected and installed the necessary appliances and equipment for comfortable living. The lofts were rented out, generating a rental income stream of EUR 17 000 per month. This loan will be repaid from the proceeds of the sale of the next project and interest will be paid to the investors from the rental income.
