Project "Loft in Uzupis". To ensure the interests of investors, a 48.47 m2 loft at Užupio str. 7C-3, Vilnius, will be mortgaged. Project funds will be allocated for the development of other real estate at Trinapolio str. 9A, Vilnius.   The company is currently developing a project on Trinapolio str. 9A. From the technical premises on the 9th (upper) floor of the building will be made into two separate apartments of 40-42 sq. m. In the near future, the aim is to obtain a building permit for the conversion of the premises into residential ones.   Work is currently underway: separated apartments, replaced windows, installed communications, plastered walls.   Previously, the developer developed the project "Angelo Loftai" in Uzupis, the project was successfully completed, the investors were settled in March 2020. We plan to raise the amount within 7 days, with the option of extending it to 21 days if we do not raise funds.
