The project owner seeks to refinance the existing obligation. The refinancing was planned to repay the loan for the purchase of a two-story apartment located in Palanga (Latgalos st. 9B-1). The apartment features a modern layout – the first floor has a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, ideal for family gatherings and relaxation, while the second floor has two cozy bedrooms, ensuring privacy. According to the Registry Centre, the apartment has a registered completion of 100%, indicating that all necessary work has been completed and the property is ready for use.
