We present a new financing project, "Laisves al. 41". The project owner will use the raised funds for real estate development. The amount to be raised is EUR 210 000.
About the project owner:
The project owner has 3 years of experience in the field of real estate and has previously successfully implemented 4 real estate projects on the Profitus platform and has always paid interest and repaid loans to investors on time.
The aim of the project:
The project owner will allocate the raised amount to the development of the A++ class, 4-story, 18-flat, 947.87 square meter apartment building at Lazunu str. 4, Kaunas. The project under development is located a little away from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by individual houses on the side of Neris, next to Kaunas clinics and the seventh fort of Tvirtove. Currently, 11 apartments have already been sold, and preliminary sales contracts have been signed. This loan will be repay from the income from the sale of real estate. The planned sales revenue of the entire project is about EUR 2 843 610.

To secure the interests of investors, commercial premises with an area of 124.76 square meters are pledged at Laisves alley 41-1A, Kaunas. These premises are rented and generate constant rental income (contracts concluded until 2025). According to the real estate appraiser, the value of the real estate pledged to is EUR 399 000.
Interest by investment amount:
- From 100 EUR to 499 EUR – 7,5%
- From 500 EUR to 4 999 EUR – 8%
- From 5 000 EUR to 9 999 EUR – 8,5%
- From 10 000 EUR – 9%
Important: investments made separately are not aggregated.
We plan to raise the amount within 7 days, with the option of extending it to 21 days if we do not raise funds.
About the Profitus
Profitus is a crowdfunding and investment platform whose main goal is to make investment available to everyone. Investments start at 100 euros, and the platform is open 24/7. Investments are secured by pledging real estate and other collateral (e.g., indemnity or warranty). Different projects have different security tools that users can access in self-service for each project.
Profitus consults with the Bank of Lithuania in order to ensure perfect compliance with the law. Monetary operations on the platform are carried out in cooperation with Paysera and Trustly.
