To ensure the interests of investors, two apartments with a total area of 48.5 square meters are pledged at the address Kauno st. 30, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the property pledged to investors is currently EUR 159 500.

- From EUR 500 to EUR 2 499 - 10%
- From EUR 2 500 to EUR 4 999 - 10.5%
- From EUR 5 000 to EUR 14 999 - 11%

We plan to raise the amount within 7 days, with the possibility of extending it to 21 days if the funds are not raised.
