The project owner is making pre-sales and currently 32 reservation agreements have been signed worth more than 1.3 million euros. The property to be purchased is in good condition and does not require large-scale construction work. Registered completion of the property - 100%. Investors at all stages will be pledged the property with a primary mortgage. To protect the interests of investors, 3,826 sq. m building and the right to lease a plot of land at K. Dineikos str. 5, in Druskininkai. In addition to this loan, a personal shareholder guarantee is provided. Maximum planned amount of project financing: 1,400,000 Eur. The project is financed according to the current valuation of the mortgaged property until it reaches the set maximum LTV. Maximum loan-to-value ratio (LTV) 65%.
