To ensure the interests of investors, a land plot with an area of 50.85 acers are pledged at the address Baltu st. 11, Palanga. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the property pledged to investors is currently EUR 234 000.
Interest by investment amount:
- From EUR 100 to EUR 499 - 9.5%
- From EUR 500 to EUR 999 - 10%
- From EUR 1 000 to EUR 4 999 - 10.5%
- From EUR 5 000 - 11%

We plan to raise the amount within 7 days, with the possibility of extending it to 21 days if the funds are not raised.
