We present a new staged financing project "P00001175", the funds of which will be allocated to the development of real estate. The amount to be raised at this stage is EUR 80 000.
The aim of the project:
The owner of the project plans to develop a 452.5 square meters modern residential row house project on the purchased plot of land. The house will be two-story, with a flat roof and with energy label A. The building will consists of four apartments with the average size of the apartment 112.9 square meters. The first floor has a common spacious kitchen living area, hallway with a spacious wardrobe, storage room, bathroom and household room with sauna. There will be a terrace, which is the length of the house where each apartment has its own pirvate area of use. The second floor will have bathroom and three bedrooms. Plan is to sell all four units.
The maximum planned amount of funding for the project: EUR 1 000 000. The project is financed according to the current valuation of the mortgaged property until it reaches the set maximum LTV. Once the maximum LTV is reached, a new valuation of the property will be carried out, and the further stages of financing the Project will be announced and collected only if the set maximum LTV is not exceeded. The loan-to-value (LTV) without VAT at this stage is 17%.
