We present a new project for investment "Gruodo dvibuciai". The owner of the project will allocate the raised funds for the purchase of a plot of land in which he is developing two semi-detached houses with his own funds. The amount to be raised for the project is EUR 25 500.

The project owner has experience in real estate development. He implemented one real estate development project with an area of about 1 300 square meters.
The aim of the project:
The owner of the project is developing the construction of two semi-detached houses with a total area of 380 square meters on the acquired land plot. There will be a total of 4 apartments. Two apartments of 78 square meters, the remaining two of 112 square meters. Once the semi-detached houses are built, they will be sold. The planned sales revenue of one apartment in a emi-detached house is from EUR 109 000 to EUR 150 000. The sales revenue of the entire project will reach EUR 518 000.

To secure the interests of investors, a 9.15-acre plot of land with a building permit is pledged at Gruodo st. 2, Kaunas. The foundation is already being laid on the plot. According to an independent real estate appraisal, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 43 000.

- From EUR 100 to EUR 499 - 10%
- From EUR 500 to EUR 999 - 10,5%
- From EUR 1 000 - 11%
