We present a new financing project, " Butas Virsilu g. 6-188". The project owner will use the raised funds for the purchase of the real estate, which will be equipped later. The amount to be raised is EUR 59 500.
The aim of the project:
The project funds will be used for the purchase of an apartment with an area of 26.23 square meters, built in 2022, located on the twelfth floor of a brick apartment building. Currently, according to the Registry Center, the apartment is 88% complete. The owner of the project buys an apartment for EUR 78 000, which he intends to equip as an office space. After completing these works, the apartment will be leased. The estimated rent revenue is EUR 7 200. The proceeds of rent will repay intereset rates.

To secure the interests of investors, an apartment of 26.23 square meters is pledged at Virsilu st. 6-188, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraisal, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 85 000.

- From 500 EUR to 2 499 EUR – 8.5%
- From 2 500 EUR to 4 999 EUR – 9%
- From 5 000 EUR to 9 999 EUR – 9.5%
- From 10 000 EUR – 10%
