We present a new financing project – „Butas Mindaugo gatveje". The project owner will use the money raised for working capital. The amount to be raised is EUR 131 100.

The project owner has experience in real estate. The developer has developed more than 1 500 square metre of projects in Vilnius („Siaures st. 34", „Blindziu st. 13", „Grendaves st. 36A, 36B, 38", „Katysiu st. 5", „Dangaus st. 27F, 27L".).
About the project:
The owner of the project plans to develop two semi-detached houses at Norku street, Vilnius. The developer will pool funds for a building permit, infrastructure fees and foundation pouring. Once these works have been completed, additional funding will be sought to continue the construction of the semi-detached houses. This loan will be covered by the proceeds of the sale of the mortgaged property, which will amount to EUR 197 000 with VAT.

– From 100 EUR to 499 EUR – 9%
– From 500 EUR to 1 999 EUR – 9.5%
– From 2 000 EUR to 4 999 EUR – 10%
– From 5 000 EUR to 9 999 EUR – 10.5%
– From 10 000 EUR – 11%
