The project owner will use the raised funds to refinance the existing loan. This decision will give the project owner time to sell the 41.44 square meter two-room apartment. The apartment is equipped in a modern way with all household appliances and furniture. Estimated sales revenue about EUR 115 600. The proceeds of the sale will repaid this loan.

To secure the interests of investors, an apartment of 41.44 square meters is pledged at Justiniskiu st. 144A-33, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraisal, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 95 100.

- From 100 EUR to 499 EUR – 9%
- From 500 EUR to 999 EUR – 9.5%
- From 1 000 EUR to 4 999 EUR – 10%
- From 5 000 EUR to 9 999 EUR – 10.5%
- From 10 000 EUR – 11%
