We present a new project for investment "Butas Jaunimo st.". The mobilized funds will be allocated by the project owner for the purchase of real estate. The amount collected for the project is EUR 39 200.
The aim of the project:
The project funds will be used for the purchase of an 78.03 square meters apartment on the ground floor of a brick apartment building in Alytus. The project owner buys an apartment for EUR 65 000. The owner plans to divide this property into two parts and sell them. The estimated sales revenue is about EUR 110 000. The owner of the project will carry out repair works in the apartment, install them in a modern way with all household appliances and furniture. The proceeds of the sale will cover this loan.

To secure the interests of investors, an apartment of 78.03 square meters, built in 1980, 100% finished is pledged in Alytus, at Jaunimo st. 27-1. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged real estate is EUR 56 100.
About the project owner:
The project owner has many years of experience in the field of real estate purchase, repair, sale and rental. He has implemented several projects in Vilnius, Kaunas, Kretinga, Kursenai and Prienai district.
Interest by investment amount:
- From 100 EUR to 999 EUR – 8%
- From 1000 EUR – 8,5%
