We present a new financing project "Butai Lietaus 6", the funds of which will be used for real estate development. The amount to be raised is EUR 135 800.

The project owner has experience in real estate development. Has implemented 21 different construction projects with a total area of 1 243.27 square meters.
The aim of the project:
The owner of the project buys two apartments with a partial finish of 51.65 square meters. One apartment is on the third floor and the other on the fourth. Each apartment will have a parking space. The project owner plans to fully equip and sell the apartments with the raised funds. The planned income from the construction of apartments is EUR 310 000.
To ensure the interests of investors, a real estate primary mortgage is pledged:
To protect the interests of investors two apartments with an area of 51.65 square meters with partial finishing are pledged at Lietaus st. 6. Each apartment has a parking space. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged property is EUR 195 060.
Interest by investment amount:
- From EUR 100 to EUR 3 999 – 7,5%
- From EUR 4 000 – 8,5%

We plan to raise the amount within 7 days, with the option of extending it to 21 days if we do not raise funds.
