About the project:
The developer is constructing three apartments within two duplex buildings in Raišiai village. The apartment sizes are 109.48 m², 114.48 m², and 186.93 m². The completion status of the three apartments is registered at 85%. The developer plans to finish them to a full interior standard, complete the landscaping, and sell the units.

Project progress:
The funds raised in this stage will be used to repay an existing obligation on the PROFITUS platform. Concrete floors have been poured, utilities installed, walls plastered, and landscaping work has begun. The funds from this stage will be used to complete the construction works.

Loan information:
This loan will be repaid from the sales proceeds of the mortgaged property, which are estimated at EUR 743,802, and the interest will be paid from the project owner's operational income.

Maximum financing amount: EUR 450,000 (EUR 415,000 already raised). The project is financed based on the current property valuation until the maximum loan-to-value (LTV) ratio is reached. A new valuation must be conducted upon reaching the maximum LTV, and further funding stages will only be launched if the LTV remains within the limit.

The fundraising period is planned for 7 days, with a possible extension to 30 days if not fully funded.
