About the project:
The project owner is developing a project that includes three apartments in two semi-detached houses in Raišiai village. The apartments have areas of 109.48 m², 114.48 m², and 186.93 m². According to the Registry Center data, the registered completion of the three apartments is 85%. The developer intends to complete the apartments to full finishing, improve the landscaping, and sell them.

Project Progress:
The funds mobilised in this phase will be used to pay off the investors in Phase I and II. With the funds raised in the final stages, the project owner fully settled the outstanding obligation and commenced interior finishing works. Concrete floors were poured, utilities were installed, walls were plastered, and landscaping works were initiated. The funds raised in this stage will be allocated to continue the remaining construction works.

Loan Information: 
This loan will be secured by the proceeds from the sale of the mortgaged property, which are projected to be EUR 743,802, while interest payments will be made from the project owner's operating income.

The maximum amount to be financed: EUR 450,000 (EUR 415,100 already raised). The project is financed according to the current valuation of the collateralized property until it reaches the established maximum loan-to-value (LTV) ratio. Upon reaching the maximum LTV, a new property valuation must be performed, and further stages of Project Financing will be announced and collected only if the established maximum LTV is not exceeded.



We plan to raise the amount within 7 days, with the option of extending it to 30 days if we do not raise funds.
