UAB "Tarptautinės investicijos" aims to refinance a loan secured by a 42.35 m² apartment in the center of Vilnius and a parking space. The initial loan was used to acquire this real estate. Currently, the apartment is fully furnished and ready for long-term rental. Rental income: 1,500 EUR/month.

Loan information:
The loan expenses will be covered by the company’s operational income, as well as the sale of other real estate (the company is profitable, with a net profit of 320,935 EUR as of December 31, 2024).

The total amount raised for the project is 183,040 EUR (110,000 EUR has already been raised). The amount is being collected in tranches and interest will accrue to the investors from the period when we have raised the full amount required.

The target amount is planned to be raised within 7 days, with the possibility to extend up to 30 days if the funds are not fully raised.
