About the Project:
The project owner, aiming to engage in real estate acquisition, redevelopment, and sales, pledges a property located in a strategically attractive location on Rinktinės Street, Vilnius, which generates stable rental income.

Currently, the pledged property generates monthly income of 600 EUR, which will increase to 650 EUR from 2025-08-27 due to a renewed lease agreement.

During the loan period, the project owner plans to complete 10 real estate transactions. The business objective is rapid capital turnover and profitable sales.

Loan Information:
The loan will be repaid through refinancing or from the proceeds of the property sale. Interest will be paid from the pledged property’s rental income and the company’s working capital.

Maximum financed amount: 108,000 EUR. The project will be financed based on the current valuation of the pledged property until the set maximum loan-to-value (LTV) ratio is reached. Once the maximum LTV is reached, a new property valuation will be required, and further financing stages will only be announced and raised if the set maximum LTV is not exceeded.

We plan to raise the targeted amount within 7 days, with the possibility to extend up to 30 days if the funds are not fully collected.
