We present a new financing project, "Albanu kotedzai". The project owner will use the raised funds for the purchase of real estate. The amount to be raised is EUR 222 000.
The aim of the project:
The project funds will be used for the purchase of two cottages with an area of 75.15 and 74.84 square meters, built in 2023. Currently, according to the Registry Center, the cottages are 85% and 86% complete. The owner of the project buys the cottages for EUR 256 338. Estimated sales revenue will reach EUR 360 000. The proceeds of the sale will repaid this loan.
To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage:
To protect the interests of investors, 75.15 and 74.84 square meter cottages and parts of the land plot are pledged at Albanu st. 36, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 321 000.

- From 100 EUR to 499 EUR – 8%
- From 500 EUR to 2 499 EUR – 8.5%
- From 2 500 EUR to 7 499 EUR – 9%
- From 7 500 EUR to 14 999 EUR – 9.5%
- From 15 000 EUR – 10%
Important: investments made separately are not aggregated.
We plan to raise the amount within 7 days, with the option of extending it to 21 days if we do not raise funds.
About the Profitus
Profitus is a crowdfunding and investment platform whose main goal is to make investment available to everyone. Investments start at 100 euros, and the platform is open 24/7.
