We present a new project "11 Renesanso butas" in Vilnius. The financing of the project will be used for working capital, which will be used for the acquisition of mortgaged real estate. Interest on the project will be covered by rental income, and the entire loan, at the end of the period, the project owner intends to refinance with another credit institution. The amount to be collected is EUR 71 400.
The project owner buys an apartment in Sodu str. 6-11, Vilnius, and after buying an apartment for rent - it is planned to rent the apartment for short-term rent 50 euros per night, for long-term rent, the rental price would start from 550 euros to 600 euros per month. The apartment is located in the real estate project "Renesanso", which is located in a historically important place in Vilnius - Vilnius Old Town. The project includes 3-4 storey residential houses with balconies or terraces, underfloor heating, large windows and skylights and high ceilings. The house has a courtyard and underground parking. The house is securely equipped - a fenced area and surveillance cameras.
To protect the interests of investors, an apartment is pledged in Vilnius, Sodu str. 6-11, Old Town. According to the independent real estate appraiser "Ober-Haus", the value of the mortgaged real estate is 102 000 euros. The completion of the mortgaged property is currently 90%. The project is located near the main points of the city - the Town Hall Square, the Hall Market, the Vilnius Railway Station - in a reviving district, where the construction of new house kits is increasing.
