Investors can choose individual companies or funds and participate alongside institutional investors on the same terms. The platform provides detailed due diligence, ongoing portfolio updates, and mentorship through industry experts. Note that investments are typically long‑term with no recurring payouts and liquidity only upon exit events like IPO or acquisition.

Only accredited investors. Must be legal adults, meet financial sophistication criteria, and comply with relevant securities regulations.

Investors: Charged a 0.6 % FX/commitment fee on top of the investment amount when converting currency via Airwallex.

Fundraisers/investments: According to a secondary source, there is typically a 2 % annual management fee (first 4 years), a 4 % upfront SPV administrative fee, and 20 – 25 % carried interest on profits (20 % up to 5× returns, 25 % beyond).
