Nectaro is a fully licensed investment platform (IBF license Nr. 27-55/2023/3), supervised by Latvijas Banka, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance. It welcomes individual and corporate investors from the EEA. In other words, Nectaro is a platform that enables investment in loans through loan-backed securities known as Notes.
At Nectaro, investors can invest in small fractions of many loans originated across different assets types. We refer to this investment instrument as “Series of Notes.” A Series of Notes is created by pooling together several loans with similar properties. Currently, we offer the opportunity to invest in business loans linked with personal loans.
Investments on Nectaro are available for both individuals and legal entities. Whether you are an individual or a legal entity, you must be a resident of an EEA country and have successfully completed the KYC and Suitability & Appropriateness assessment.
