Bulkestate is an Estonian based crowdfunding platform, founded in 2016. The platform is supervised by government authority, however, it does not have an Investment Brokerage/ Crowdfunding licence. Bulkestate offers two types of loans: mortgage and real estate loans-projects. To date, more than EUR 25 million has been invested through the platform, and almost all the projects were located in Latvia.
