We present a new financing project - "Vakares kvartalas". The raised funds will be used for the development of real estate. The amount to be raised at this stage is EUR 163 800.

About the project owner:
The project owner has experience in real estate development. Implemented different real estate projects with a total area of 2 000 square meters.

The aim of the project:
In a strategically convenient place in Jonavas district the owner of the project is developing the construction of cottages of the II construction phase with all infrastructure solutions for a comfortable life and a quiet neighborhood. It is a great place for those who dream of the peace of nature, but do not want to be separated from the city. The semi-detached houses of the first phase of construction are sold, but the construction work of the second phase is gaining momentum. Currently, 8 two-story semi-detached houses are under development, totaling 16 property units with a total area of 1 634.68 square meters. Apartments in semi-detached houses will have an area of 101-103 square meters. Each apartment will own a 3-5 acre plot of land. This pooled amount will be used for the completion of two semi-detached houses with a total area of 410 square meters. Apartments in semi-detached houses will be sold with partial decoration. The planned income from the sale of semi-detached houses are about EUR 554 500.

To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage:

According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the property pledged to investors is EUR 234 000.

- From EUR 100 to EUR 499 - 10.5%
- From EUR 500 to EUR 999 - 11%
- From EUR 1 000 to EUR 2 999 - 11.5%
- From EUR 3 000 to EUR 5 999 - 12%
- From EUR 6 000 - 12.5%
Important: investments made separately are not aggregated.

We plan to collect the accumulated amount within 7 days with the possibility to extend it to 21 days without raising funds.
