The project owner has experience in real estate. The property owner has experience in real estate projects, including residential buildings in Papiskes and Grendaves streets. Together with Profitus, the developer financed 6 projects. 3 projects were successfully completed and investors were settled on time.
Project objective:
The project will finance the development of a residential building in the Vilnius district. Currently, the registered completion rate of the residential building, according to the data of the Centre of Registers, is 34% and the actual completion rate, based on the works already carried out, is 44%. The owner of the project intends to furnish the residential house in a modern way with all appliances and furniture. After completion of these works, the house will be sold. The loan will be covered by the proceeds of the sale of the mortgaged property. The estimated proceeds from the sale of the house are EUR 473 784.
