On the ground floor there is a vestibule, a utility room and a common kitchen and living area. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a cloakroom. According to the Centre of Registers, the apartments in the semi-detached house are partially finished and have reached 85% completion. This loan will be covered by the proceeds from the sale of the apartment at 26-1 ismoniu str. Expected sale proceeds EUR 165 000.
