About the project owner:
The company's CEO has been active in the construction sector for about 5 years. The project owner has developed different real estate projects with a total area of about 4 000 square meters and the group has developed more than 10 000 square meters. Together with Profitus, the developer has financed and successfully implemented 3 projects. The projects were successfully completed and the investors were settled on time.
Project objective:
The project owner will use the working capital to develop a project in Didziasalio village, Nemezio Elderage, Vilnius district. The developer is developing a block of 43 semi-detached houses. The owner of the project will register the started buildings in the Register Centre and will finance the further construction phases with Profitus. The mortgaged property is expected to generate sales proceeds of EUR 249 000. The sale proceeds will be used to repay this loan.
