We present a new financing project "Butas Pusu g.." The project funds will be used for the reconstruction of the apartment in Gargzdai. The amount collected is 35 000 euros.
The project owner intends to reconstruct a 77.08 square meter, 4-room apartment, forming two separate, two-room apartments. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a brick house of five, built-in 1992. The registered completion of this apartment is 100%. The owner plans to sell the reconstructed apartments in 1,600 - 1,800 per square meter. Currently, there are already potential buyers for both apartments. Reconstruction works of the apartment have already started, it is planned to complete the works within a period of 6 months. The project developer successfully deals with apartment reconstruction projects in the most demanded places in Lithuania, successfully implemented - 8 projects in Kretinga, 6 in Kaunas, 4 in Vilnius.
An apartment of 77.08 square meters is being pledged in the interests of investors, Pusu str. 38-16, in Gargzdai. According to the independent real estate appraiser Ober-Haus, the value of the property pledged to investors is EUR 55 000.
The project is located on one of the main streets, from which the most important points of the city are easily accessible. Quiet, green, residential area, and only 20 minutes by car to the Lithuanian seaside, Klaipeda.
